Cinco Ranch I Now Under New Management
Starting June 1, Inframark assumed the role of the new HOA management company for the Cinco Residential Property Association (Cinco 1). Alongside this transition comes a fresh communication platform - Enumerate Engage. If your email is on file with the HOA, you should have received correspondence from cincoconnect@engage.goenumerate.com on June 1. Please double-check your spam folder, as this email is legitimate.
Furthermore, expect an email from Inframark shortly, containing additional details on how to establish your account within the system for making payments. All residents will also receive a letter via postal mail containing the same information.
Effective immediately, the TownSq application or access will no longer serve as the communication portal for Cinco 1.
