Cinco Ranch High School PTSA to Host Annual Spring Garage Sale on March 29th
The Cinco Ranch High School PTSA is set to host its highly anticipated Spring Garage Sale on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Cinco Ranch High School, located at 23440 Cinco Ranch Blvd, Katy, TX 77494. This event offers an excellent opportunity for local residents to declutter their homes and earn some extra cash while supporting the school. The garage sale will take place in the front parking lot of CRHS, with vendor check-in starting at 6:30 AM and running until 7:30 AM.
For those interested in selling their items, vendor registration is available online and is the only way to secure a booth space. Early Bird Registration is open through March 10, with booths priced at $30 each. After this date, the price increases to $45 per space. A special offer is available where vendors can purchase three spaces and receive a fourth for free. Spaces are pre-assigned, and the reservation is confirmed only once payment has been received. Each booth is an 8.5’ x 18.5’ parking slot, and vendors are asked to ensure that items are only placed in the assigned booth space, not the parking spot.
The garage sale is a great way to find new treasures or clear out unwanted items, all while supporting the CRHS PTSA’s mission to support the school and its students. Items that can be sold include household goods, clothing, toys, and other general items, though vendors are responsible for removing unsold items and ensuring proper cleanup after the event. A donation pod will also be available for unsold goods, with guidelines in place for what can be donated.

Important details include that no vehicles will be allowed to enter the sale area after 7:30 AM, and all vehicles must have a permit displayed at all times. Vendors are reminded that tables, electricity, and other setup equipment will not be provided, so they should plan accordingly.
