Cimarron Pool Season Returns: Here’s How Residents Can Activate Their 2026 Pool Access Cards
As temperatures begin rising across Katy, many Cimarron families are already looking forward to another summer at the neighborhood pool. Before residents grab the sunscreen and towels, however, the Cimarron Community Improvement Association is reminding homeowners that pool access cards must be renewed each year for entry into the community pool.
For longtime residents and new homeowners alike, completing the 2026 pool registration process early can help avoid last-minute issues once the pool officially opens for the season. The neighborhood pool has long been one of Cimarron’s most popular summer gathering spots — a place where families cool off, neighbors reconnect and children spend afternoons making memories close to home.
This year, each Cimarron household may register up to two pool access cards to their property address. Existing cards must still be activated annually, while new or replacement cards are available for $50 each.
Residents can complete the process electronically by downloading the fillable PDF registration form at cimarroncia.com. Completed forms may be emailed to vnavarrete@mascapi.com or submitted through TownSq at cimarron.sites.townsq.io.
Forms may also be mailed or dropped off at the MASC Austin Properties office located at 945 Eldridge Rd., Sugar Land, TX 77478, or faxed to 713-776-1777. The management office accepts exact cash or checks payable to Cimarron CIA.
Community officials noted that existing cards will only be activated after verification that the homeowner’s account balance is current. Residents requesting new or replacement cards by mail must submit a written request along with payment. Cimarron CIA and MASC Austin Properties also noted they are not responsible for cards lost in the mail.
To make the process more convenient, several in-person registration opportunities are being offered both in Cimarron and at the management office.
