As warmer weather approaches in Katy, many Cimarron residents are already looking ahead to long afternoons by the neighborhood pool. Before the 2026 pool season officially opens, the Cimarron Community Improvement Association (Cimarron CIA) is reminding homeowners to complete their pool access card registration to ensure uninterrupted entry this summer.

For families in Cimarron, the community pool at 818 Pickford Dr, Katy, TX 77450 is more than just a place to cool off — it’s where neighbors gather, kids build confidence in the water, and summer memories are made. Completing registration now helps avoid last-minute delays once pool gates reopen.

How to Register for the Cimarron Pool 2026 Season

To obtain a 2026 pool access card or activate an existing card for the upcoming season, residents must return the official pool registration form included in the community newsletter.

Beginning in April 2026, homeowners will also be able to download a fillable PDF application to complete the form electronically.

Pool Access Card Fees and Activation Details

Residents should note the following important details for the 2026 season:

  • New or replacement pool access cards are $50.00.
  • The office accepts exact cash or checks made payable to Cimarron CIA.
  • Upon verification of a current account balance, MASC Austin Properties, Inc. will activate existing cards.
  • New or replacement cards will not be mailed unless a written request is submitted along with payment.
  • Cimarron CIA and MASC Austin Properties, Inc. are not responsible for access cards once mailed.
