Cielo HOA Reminds Residents of Park Rules Following Reports of Damage to Dog Park Gate and Pickleball Nets
For Cielo families, the neighborhood park, dog park and pickleball courts offer convenient places to enjoy the outdoors and spend time with neighbors. A recent notice from the Cielo Montgomery Homeowners Association, Inc. is reminding residents that keeping these shared spaces in good condition takes everyone's cooperation.
In a letter distributed by Inframark Community Management, the association reported damage to the dog park gate and pickleball court nets, along with concerns about inappropriate behavior at the park. The HOA also reminded homeowners that repair costs ultimately affect the association and the neighborhood as a whole.
Cielo HOA Reminds Families of Park Rules and Proper Use of Amenities
According to the resident notice issued by the Cielo Montgomery Homeowners Association, park equipment should only be used for its intended purpose. Climbing, hanging or swinging on fences, gates, nets and other equipment is prohibited.
The association also emphasized that profanity, bullying, intimidation, vandalism and other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated in community recreational areas.
Parents are encouraged to supervise their children and discuss appropriate park behavior with them. Residents are also asked to dispose of trash properly and report any observed damage, vandalism or unsafe behavior to management.
These reminders are intended to help keep Cielo's recreational facilities safe, clean and enjoyable for children, families and neighbors of all ages.
Why Park Damage Can Affect All Cielo Homeowners
Beyond the inconvenience of damaged equipment, the association pointed to the financial impact of repairs.
Cielo's shared amenities require ongoing maintenance, and damage caused by vandalism or misuse can create additional expenses for the HOA. Those costs can affect the association's budget and the funds available for other neighborhood maintenance needs.
According to the letter, individuals found responsible for damaging association property may be required to cover repair costs. If minors are identified as responsible, their parents or guardians may also be held financially responsible.
Incidents involving vandalism, property destruction or other unlawful behavior may also be referred to local law enforcement for investigation.
