The City of Katy Public Works Department will be picking up and recycling Christmas trees again this year!
The City of Katy Public Works Department will be picking up and recycling Christmas trees again this year! Please have your live Christmas tree out to the curb by 7am on the following dates:
- Tuesday, December 27th
- Monday, January 9th
The trees must have all decorations, ornaments, tinsel, lights and stands removed to be recycled. Flocked trees and/or artificial trees cannot be recycled. Do not block any water meter, gas meter, hydrant or ditch.
If you are not able to recycle your trees during our collection days, alternate locations for tree recycling are:

- New Earth - 6205 FM 2855, Katy, TX 77493
