CFISD Student of the Week: Aidan Podvin Â
Hairgrove Elementary School fifth grade student Aidan Podvin excels both inside and outside of the classroom.

Accomplishments: Podvin is a member of the Hairgrove Student Leadership Committee where she serves the campus in various roles. She also participates in Dazzling Dolphins with her fellow fifth grade female students on campus.
Favorite class: “My favorite class is math because it actually makes sense to me.”
Favorite things to do after class: “My favorite things do to after class are attend Dazzling Dolphins and also help my grandma by watching my little brother if she has a meeting at our school.”
Favorite song: “You Belong With Me by Taylor Swift.”
Favorite website/app: “Baseball 9 is my favorite website because it simulates playing baseball and I love that.”
Favorite TV show: “BTR (Big Time Rush) because it is funny and makes me laugh.”
Favorite movie: “My favorite movie is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. It’s like a mystery until the very end of the movie.”
Ambition: “I want to be a small business owner. I currently make and sell things on my own Etsy shop.”
What topics/things are you passionate about?: “I’m passionate about art, crafting being a business owner and math.”
What inspires you?: “My parents inspire me because they are always there to help me out when I need it.”
What three things can’t you live without?: “My family, my friends and crafting.”
What are you most looking forward to this semester?: “I am looking forward to our fifth grade graduation and fifth grade party. I always hear amazing things about it.”
