CFISD 30th Annual Livestock Show and Sale Kicks Off January 31
The 30th annual CFISD Livestock Show & Sale is set to kick off on Wednesday, January 31 at the CFISD Exhibit Center.
Held at the CFISD Exhibit Center located at 11206 Telge Road in Cypress, the CFISD Livestock Show & Sale provides an opportunity for FFA students to showcase their hard work and raise money. Last year's sale brought more than $760,000.
This highly-anticipated, four-day event includes an initiation three-day roster of shows including horticulture on the first day, followed by agricultural mechanics, rabbits, lambs, and cattle on the second day. Poultry, goats and swine will be featured on day three. The freezer sale will take place on the fourth day, along with a buyer's luncheon and silent auction.
The Silent Auction will go live online at 9:00 AM Saturday morning. Items for the Freezer Sale will also be posted online by the morning following judging/awards. The entire show and live auction will be streamed live on the CFISD CYE YouTube channel. To tune in online, please click the button below for access to the Live Auction via line stream on YouTube.
