Celebrate Independence Day at Towne Lake’s Red, White & Boardwalk Bash
This July 4, Towne Lake residents are invited to celebrate America’s birthday in true lakeside style at the Red, White & Boardwalk Celebration—a free, family-friendly event hosted at The Boardwalk at Towne Lake from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Located at 9955 Barker Cypress Road, The Boardwalk is known for bringing the community together through festive gatherings, delicious dining, and waterfront charm. And this Independence Day, it’s pulling out all the stops—minus the fireworks.
Instead of loud booms, this year’s celebration will feature live music by The Black Friday Project, fun-filled attractions like face painting (sponsored by Republic Services), a custom trucker hat station, light-up giveaways, and even stilt walkers and a trackless train for the little ones. Don’t miss the caricature artist and a patriotic photo backdrop courtesy of Houston Methodist to capture your red, white, and blue spirit.
Families can also sip on refreshing lemonade and orangeade samples from Kilwins while enjoying special visits from the Cy-Fair Fire Department and other local community sponsors who help make events like these memorable for all.
While there won’t be any fireworks, the celebration is designed to be a safe, energetic, and inclusive gathering for Towne Lake neighbors of all ages. Visitors are asked to leave outside food, drinks, and chairs at home, but to definitely bring their patriotic flair.
