Celebrate American Heart Month with Memorial Hermann Katy at The Lake House
This February, in honor of American Heart Month, Cinco Ranch II residents are invited to join Memorial Hermann Katy for an informative and engaging event focused on cardiovascular health. On February 14, 2025, at 11:30 AM, Dr. Wahaj Aman, an Interventional Cardiologist affiliated with Memorial Hermann Katy, will be leading the session at The Lake House. Dr. Aman will discuss a range of topics related to heart health, including heart-healthy eating, prevention, common symptoms, treatment options, and more.
In addition to the informative talk, the event will offer free blood pressure screenings—a great opportunity to check in on your health and take proactive steps towards managing your cardiovascular well-being. Nurses will also be on hand to provide hands-only CPR demonstrations, teaching you a potentially life-saving skill that can make a difference in an emergency.
