Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch to Transition to New Landscaping Company
Residents of Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch may notice some changes in the community's landscape maintenance over the coming days as the homeowners association completes a transition to a new landscaping contractor.
In an update shared with residents, Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch HOA Board President Hugh Durlam said the HOA terminated its previous landscape company approximately two weeks ago. Under the terms of the existing contract, the outgoing contractor is required to continue providing landscaping services during a 30-day notice period before the agreement officially ends.
According to Durlam, the new landscaping company is scheduled to take over maintenance responsibilities next week.
The transition is intended to be seamless, though residents may notice slight differences in mowing schedules, landscaping crews, or the appearance of common areas as the new contractor begins its work and becomes familiar with the community.
Landscape maintenance plays an important role in preserving neighborhood curb appeal, maintaining common areas, and supporting property values throughout Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch. As the new company assumes responsibility, residents can expect the HOA to continue monitoring the quality of service and addressing community landscaping needs.
Residents with questions or concerns about landscaping during the transition are encouraged to contact the Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch community manager via email at propertymanager@canyongateatcincoranch.com.
