Calling All Hearthstone Moms: Bad, Great, and in Between — It's Ornament Exchange Time
It’s the most wonderfully chaotic time of the year—and in Hearthstone, that means it’s time for the beloved Moms Co-Op holiday dinner and ornament exchange. On Thursday, December 18, from 6:30 to 10:00 PM, local moms past, present, and future are invited to gather at 7831 Virginia Water Ln, Houston, TX 77095 for an evening filled with food, laughter, and a bit of competitive holiday spirit.
Organizers say the event is open to everyone who has ever been part of the Hearthstone Moms Co-Op, is currently active, or is curious about joining in the future.
Whether you consider yourself a "bad mom," a great mom, or somewhere in between, this night is meant to bring everyone together. Attendees are encouraged to bring an appetizer or dessert to share and prepare for a hilarious white elephant ornament exchange.
Dinner will be provided by hosts Courtney and Kelly, but guests are asked to contribute an appetizer or dessert to round out the spread. The signature part of the evening, of course, is the ornament swap: participants should bring a wrapped ornament valued at $10–$15 for a spirited white elephant exchange. No holds barred—unless it’s too fragile to throw during a dramatic swap.

The casual evening isn’t just a chance to win the cutest ornament on the table—it’s also a warm way for moms in the Hearthstone community to reconnect, welcome new friends, and celebrate the end of the year with people who just get it.

While the kids stay home (hopefully with a babysitter who survived Elf on the Shelf season), the moms will be out enjoying a night of camaraderie and chaos. Whether you're new to Hearthstone or a founding member of the Co-Op, the door is open—and the ornaments are wrapped.
