Bright Spaces and Bigger Play Areas: Ella Crossing Park Gets Upgrades Residents Can Enjoy
Thanks to recent projects completed this month, the shared green space in Ella Crossing is now both brighter and better equipped for four-legged friends. Three new solar-powered lights were installed by Spark Lighting, offering much-needed visibility in the evenings and making after-dinner walks or late-day playtime more inviting and safe.
“Even just a few strategically placed lights can make a big difference,” Ella Crossing HOA Board president Roberta Guidry shared. “It feels safer and more welcoming now, especially as the days start to get shorter.”

But the upgrades didn’t stop there. The large dog park area has also been extended, giving local pups even more room to roam, run, and socialize. For dog owners, this expansion comes as a welcome improvement—especially in a neighborhood where pets are part of the family.
With both projects now complete, the Ella Crossing park continues to be a central gathering place for neighbors of all ages, two-legged and four-legged alike. These improvements reflect the community’s ongoing efforts to invest in spaces that support health, safety, and connection.
