Students from Bridgeland and Cypress Woods high schools earned top awards at the Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) International Leadership Conference, held June 22-26 at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.
“Qualifying for this international competition is such an incredible accomplishment, and to have our Bridgeland students win their events is just outstanding,” said Denise Bishop, Bridgeland HOSA sponsor. “Our students have dedicated themselves all year and I am incredibly proud of their accomplishments. They are great examples of students exemplifying our school motto, ‘Be Your Bridgeland Best!’”
Cypress Woods graduate Natalie Cornejo placed 10th in medical spelling.
