Bradford Colony 1 & 2 Annual Meeting Set for November 5 at MUD 102 Building
Residents of Bradford Colony Sections 1 and 2 are encouraged to attend their upcoming annual HOA meeting on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 7:00 PM, to be held in person at the Harris County MUD 102 building, located at 15300 Falmouth Ave, Houston, TX 77084.
This year’s meeting will feature important discussions and guest participation that directly impact the quality of life and safety within the community.
One of the main highlights of the evening will be a special visit from a representative of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff will be available to speak with residents, answer questions, and provide insights into local public safety concerns—making this a valuable opportunity for homeowners to connect directly with law enforcement in a neighborhood setting.
In addition to safety updates, the Board will lead a discussion on a potential petition to restrict large commercial vehicles from parking along subdivision streets. Residents will have the opportunity to learn more about the proposed action and express their views. Community feedback is essential before the HOA moves forward, and participation at this meeting will help guide next steps.
