Residents of Bradford Colonies 1 & 2 will want to take note of a new schedule for their monthly HOA meetings. Beginning this fall, the board will now hold its regular meetings on the second Wednesday of each month.

Meetings will continue to be held virtually, providing homeowners the flexibility to tune in from home and stay engaged with neighborhood discussions. The board emphasized that this format has worked well for resident participation and will remain in place for the foreseeable future.

The only exception will be the annual in-person meeting, which is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, December 10, 2025. This important gathering provides an opportunity for neighbors to come together, hear updates on community priorities, and take part in board elections.

By adjusting the monthly schedule, the HOA hopes to provide a more consistent rhythm for residents to mark on their calendars while still keeping accessibility front and center.

Bradford Colonies 1 & 2 homeowners are encouraged to participate each month, whether to ask questions, share input, or simply stay informed about neighborhood happenings.
