Bear Creek Residents: Attend the Monthly Board of Directors Meeting & Learn About 2025 Elections
Bear Creek Village (BCV) residents are invited to the upcoming Monthly Resident/Board of Directors Meeting on Thursday, December 12th, at 6:30 PM at the Community Center. This meeting is an important opportunity for homeowners to stay informed about community matters and engage directly with the Board of Directors.
2025 Board of Directors Elections: Meet the Candidates
During the meeting, candidates for the 2025 HPCA Board of Directors election will be introduced, providing residents with a chance to meet the candidates and ask questions. Two of the current five Board of Directors (BOD) seats will expire in 2025, currently held by Carol Harless and Gavin Sebek, both of whom are seeking re-election.

If you are interested in running for one of these open positions, the deadline to submit a letter of intent and resume is December 12, 2024 before 4:00 PM. To place your name on the ballot, please email your submission to hpca@bearcreeknetwork.org.
