According to official project filings, the new Baskin-Robbins shop will be located at 21580 Marketplace Drive in New Caney, TX 77357 in Valley Ranch Town Center. Construction is expected to begin September 1, 2026, with completion anticipated by September 1, 2027. The privately funded project carries an estimated cost of $198,000 and will transform approximately 1,398 square feet into a dedicated dessert destination.

For residents living in and around New Caney, the Marketplace area continues to evolve into a convenient, close-to-home destination.
