Rosewood Atascosa Estates residents, businesses and community organizations have until Monday, Nov. 9, 2026 to take part in Atascosa County's Christmas on the Circle sponsorship program, which helps build the holiday light display around the county courthouse in Jourdanton.

The county's sponsorship materials offer a range of lighted displays that can be sponsored for the season, along with a general donation option. The annual display will be formally lit during the Christmas on the Circle lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 30, 2026, at the Atascosa County Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Circle Drive in Jourdanton.

Sponsorship Options Range From Small Displays to Larger Features

The official sponsorship form lists display prices ranging from $165 to $2,025. Examples include a Christmas goose for $280, a Santa with bag display for $550 and a tree walkway arch for $990.

Sponsors can also add a recognition sign for an additional $125. That sign fee is separate from the base sponsorship price, not included in it. The form also includes a general donation option for people or organizations that want to support the display without selecting a specific light feature.

How to Submit a Sponsorship

Atascosa County's sponsorship form can be completed online at the county's Christmas on the Circle sponsorship form. It asks for contact information, the sponsoring business, family or organization, email and phone number, preferred display selections, whether a sponsor-recognition sign is requested and the sponsorship amount.

The online form does not process payment. Payment must be made by cash or check. Checks should be payable to Atascosa County and delivered to the County Judge's Office, Room 101, at the courthouse. Anyone paying in cash should deliver it in person rather than mailing it.

If a selected display is unavailable or cannot be delivered for the current season, staff will contact the sponsor. Sponsored displays are intended to be reused in future holiday seasons for the life of the display. The county will not replace a sponsored display if it later malfunctions or is vandalized or destroyed.

Residents can also review the official sponsorship flyer, the lighting ceremony flyer and Atascosa County's public notices page for current information.
