Anniston Community Foundation Launches $2,400 Scholarship for Local Students

May 14 2025

A wonderful opportunity is now available for students in the Anniston community who are planning to continue their education. The Anniston Community Foundation, Inc. has announced it will award a $2,400 scholarship to one exceptional student pursuing post-secondary studies—whether at a university, college, or trade school.

Split into two equal awards of $1,200 for Fall 2025 and $1,200 for Spring 2026, this scholarship was created to support students who not only succeed academically but also demonstrate leadership and a heart for service.

Supporting the Next Generation

The Anniston Community Foundation is more than just a name—it’s a local nonprofit built to invest directly in the neighborhood’s future. As a registered 501(c)4 organization, the Foundation sponsors programs, events, and initiatives that create long-lasting benefits for Anniston families.

KRJ Management, which oversees the Anniston community, shared that the scholarship aims to recognize a student who exemplifies dedication, academic excellence, community leadership, and selfless service.
