A Seamless Process for a Beautiful Community

A Seamless Process for a Beautiful Community

December 07 2023

Enhancing the beauty of our community is a shared goal that we all contribute to. The CRPA Declaration of Protective Covenants ensures that any exterior modification, alteration, change, or addition aligns with the high standards set for the neighborhood. This includes major landscaping changes, trees and shrubs, and fences. It not only maintains the aesthetic appeal but also protects the overall harmony of your surroundings.

The process is meant to be as straightforward as possible for homeowners who wish to embark on home improvement projects. The Modification Committee exists to collaborate with you, ensuring that your vision aligns seamlessly with our community guidelines. It's a collective effort to preserve and enhance the character of our neighborhood.

Submitting your plans has never been easier! The process begins with the Modification Application, which you can fill out and download to your computer. By logging into Townsq, the online platform, you can easily open a new request, providing details of your project and attaching the completed application form along with any necessary supporting documents. Click "open request," and you're on your way to turning your vision into reality, all while ensuring compliance with community standards.

For those who prefer a more traditional approach, the "old-fashioned" way is still available. Simply fill out the application form, print it out, and either mail or hand-deliver it, along with any required documents, to the Cinco Associations office.

Residents are encouraged to take pride in their role as stewards of the community's aesthetic integrity. Together, they contribute to building a neighborhood that is collectively cherished and admired, where each approved modification adds to the overall splendor of the shared living space.
