2026 HOA Dues Reminder for Crest Management Communities: What The Points Residents Need to Know
As the new year begins, The Points residents are reminded that 2026 homeowners association (HOA) dues are now due. These annual assessments are vital to maintaining the shared spaces and essential services that keep neighborhoods clean, safe, and welcoming.
For those wondering where their dues go, HOA fees are more than just a routine payment—they support everything from neighborhood landscaping and pool maintenance to street lighting, security patrols, and community events. In many communities, these funds also help cover administrative costs, insurance, and long-term improvement projects. Simply put, HOA dues are an investment in the quality of life for everyone in the neighborhood.
How to Pay Your 2026 HOA Dues
Residents can pay their assessments online or by mail. Online payments can be made conveniently to your community management company, Crest Management, at crest-management.com/payassessments. To make a payment online, residents will need two important pieces of information:
-
Management ID: 3130 (This is the same for all Crest Management communities)
-
Association ID: This is unique to your neighborhood and can be found on the payment page, listed in orange next to your community name (in alphabetical order).
-
Payments can be made using all major credit cards, with a processing fee of 2.95% of the charged amount. For those who prefer to avoid the higher fee, eCheck payments are also available with a $2.25 processing fee per payment.
