2026 HOA Dues Assessments: Annual Meeting Notices, Payment Options, and Proxy Voting
Letters and assessment statements for the 2026 Champions Park Annual Meeting have been mailed to all residents. The HOA is encouraging strong participation this year—both by attending the meeting and by considering service on the Board of Directors, as several seats will be open.
If you’re unable to attend in person, your voice can still be heard. Each mailing includes a proxy form, allowing every eligible household in Champions Park to cast their vote.
Annual assessments are due December 31. The packet outlines multiple payment options, including opportunities to meet with the treasurer at the clubhouse to pay in person—either by dropping off a check or using a credit card. For those needing additional flexibility, a payment plan may be arranged under the terms provided in the statement.
If you have not received your letter and assessment statement, please check your mail and contact the Champions Park HOA for assistance. Residents interested in running for a board position can follow the instructions included in the mailing.
Whether you participate by attending the meeting or submitting a proxy, and whether you pay in full or set up a payment plan, the Champions Park HOA is committed to making engagement and on-time payment as simple and accessible as possible for every member.
