Williamsburg Settlement HOA dues for 2025 remain at $750, and while the payment deadline of January 1 has passed, there’s still time to submit your payment. However, please note that dues are now considered delinquent as of January 31, and interest will begin to accrue.

If you have not yet paid or received your statement, which was mailed on November 4, 2024, assistance is available. You can contact Laura, the Community Accountant, at laura@crest-management.com or call her directly at 281-945-4639 to get the details you need.

For those who prefer the convenience of online payments, visit crest-management.com/PayAssessments to take care of your dues quickly and securely. Please keep in mind that there is a small surcharge for using this online payment method.

The HOA thanks all residents for their timely contributions, which go toward maintaining the amenities and upkeep that make Williamsburg Settlement such a wonderful place to live. If you haven’t submitted your payment yet, be sure to do so soon to avoid additional charges.
