Town Green Park will feature live music on two stages by Flashpoint and Rewind Band, along with children’s activities and fireworks. Waterway Square will feature Time Warp and fireworks, while Hughes Landing will include live music by D’Luna, though organizers note visibility may be limited in that area. Valley Ranch 4th Fest Returns to New Caney

Gates open at 6 p.m., with bands and entertainment scheduled from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Opening ceremonies are planned for 9:30 p.m., followed by fireworks at 9:45 p.m.
