Villages of Bear Creek Pool Information

The Villages of Bear Creek community pool is a popular gathering place for residents and families throughout the summer season. Located at 21102 Wildcroft Drive, the pool offers seasonal recreational access for homeowners and authorized residents with valid Pool IDs and current annual stickers.

Residents are encouraged to review the 2026 operating schedule below and plan ahead for holidays, weekend openings, and seasonal availability.

2026 Villages of Bear Creek Pool Hours

May 2026

The pool opens for the season on Memorial Day weekend.

  • May 23–25
  • May 29–31
• Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

June 2026

The pool operates daily throughout June.

• Open Dates: June 1–30
• Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

July 2026

Daily operations continue through July, including Independence Day weekend.

• Open Dates: July 1–31
• Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

August 2026

The pool transitions to limited late-summer scheduling during August.

  • August 22–23
  • August 29–30
• Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

September 2026

The final weekend of the season includes Labor Day holiday hours.

Important Pool Reminders

• All residents age 12 and older must have a valid Pool ID
• Annual pool stickers are required for active use each season
• Pool access is available only to residents in good standing with the HOA
• Pool rules and safety guidelines must be followed at all times

2026 Pool Tag Registration Information

The Villages of Bear Creek HOA, Inc. is preparing for the 2026 pool season and has updated the pool tag registration process for residents.

To help streamline requests and improve processing times, all pool tags for the 2026 season will be issued by mail only.

Important Changes for 2026

• No in-person registration dates will be held
• No walk-in service or office pickup will be available
• All requests must be submitted electronically
• Pool tags and annual stickers will be mailed directly to residents

Residents are encouraged to submit requests early to avoid delays before pool season begins.

How to Request Pool Tags

To obtain your 2026 pool tags or annual stickers, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Complete the Pool ID Registration Form
Fill out the official Villages of Bear Creek HOA Pool ID Registration Form completely.

Step 2: Submit Your Form
Submit the completed form using one of the following methods:

• Through the Resident Portal
• By email to: access@inframark.com

Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Requests are typically processed within approximately 72 hours after receipt
• Pool tags will be mailed to the property address on file unless otherwise specified
• Please allow additional standard mailing time for delivery

Important Pool Access Information

Please note the following requirements for the 2026 pool season:

• No in-office pickup or walk-in service is available
• Pool access will not be issued for accounts with outstanding balances
• All residents age 12 and older are required to have a Pool ID
• Only individuals currently residing at the property may be listed on the registration form

Residents are also required to acknowledge and follow all published pool rules and HOA facility guidelines.

The following fees apply for replacement items and annual pool access stickers:
