Tree Trimming Project Scheduled for Grayson Lakes
The Grayson Lakes HOA is preparing to conduct a tree trimming project throughout the neighborhood as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain the beauty and safety of the community. The work will help keep trees healthy, prevent overgrowth, and reduce potential hazards to both properties and residents.

Dates of Service: Tentatively scheduled between the end of November and the first week of December.

Service Provider: Cody’s Tree Service

Areas Affected: Trimming will take place along Katy Flewellen, the Katy Flewellen entrance, parts of Grayson Lakes Blvd, the pool area, and near private properties where necessary. The focus will be on removing dead or damaged branches.
Homeowners who notice HOA trees encroaching onto their property or creating a hazard are encouraged to reach out to the HOA by Tuesday, November 19th.
Although efforts will be made to minimize disruptions, residents may experience temporary access restrictions in certain areas during the project. For any questions or concerns, homeowners can contact the HOA at glhoaboard@gmail.com.
