Trademark Property Company to Begin Construction on Dunham Pointe in Cypress in Q4 2025

Trademark Property Company has announced that it expects to launch construction on Dunham Pointe in the fourth quarter of 2025, bringing a 25-acre retail and dining destination to Cypress, Texas. The 205,000-square-foot development is set to deliver a mix of retail, restaurant, and lifestyle concepts to one of Houston’s fastest-growing suburban areas.

A Prime Location in a Growing Community

Dunham Pointe is located at the intersection of Highway 290 and Mason Road, in a rapidly expanding area of Cypress. The project is part of the 1,300-acre Dunham Pointe master-planned community, which will include 2,500 custom-built homes and a Cypress-Fairbanks ISD campus. The retail district is also positioned near Bridgeland, a master-planned community expected to feature 20,000 homes, further solidifying its potential as a key commercial hub.

Currently, approximately 1,100 lots at Dunham Pointe have been sold, indicating strong demand for residential growth in the area. Trademark is working closely with Dunham Pointe Development to design a highly walkable and amenity-rich community that enhances the retail and lifestyle experience for residents and visitors alike.

Significant Tenant Interest Ahead of Construction

Even before breaking ground, Dunham Pointe is seeing substantial interest from retail and dining operators, with 48 businesses submitting letters of intent. Trademark Property Company has been curating a mix of national retailers and local businesses, particularly in the food and beverage sector, to create a diverse and high-quality tenant lineup.

Trademark’s Expanding Houston-Area Portfolio

Dunham Pointe is joining Trademark Property Company’s impressive Houston-area portfolio, which includes Market Street – The Woodlands and LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. Market Street, a pioneering mixed-use development, spans nearly 400,000 square feet and features a variety of high-end retail brands, 15 restaurants, a luxury cinema, and a one-of-a-kind H-E-B grocery store. It also includes 115,000 square feet of Class A office space and a 70-room Hyatt Centric hotel.
