• March 2, 2026 – Two-Way Dual Language (TWDL) application opens for incoming Kindergarteners at Rosehill Elementary.
• March 2, 2026 – New Student Registration for Kindergarten (All Campuses) opens.
• April 1, 2026 – New Student Registration opens for Early Education (EE) and Pre-K.
• April 1, 2026 – Campus registrars begin processing new 2026–2027 EE, Pre-K, and Kindergarten applications.
• April 29, 2026 – New Student Registration opens for grades 1–12.
• April 30, 2026 – Campus registrars begin processing new 1st–12th grade applications.
• May 1–29, 2026 – Student Not Returning to Tomball ISD questionnaire opens.
• July 6, 2026 – Returning Student Annual Enrollment for Pre-K–12 opens.

How to Register for Kindergarten in Tomball ISD

Tomball ISD uses the Tomball ISD LINK Online Registration & Enrollment system, designed to provide families with a simple, step-by-step digital process. Families can begin registration online at tomballisd.net/new-to-tomball/registration-enrollment. 

Parents who are unsure which campus their child is zoned to attend can use the official School Zone Finder at tomballisd.net/new-to-tomball/attendance-zone-map.

For growing families, it’s important to note that registration must be completed for each student individually. After submitting one application, parents should select “Enroll New Student” and complete the process again using the same Tomball ISD LINK account.

What Documents Are Required for Tomball ISD Enrollment?

To complete new student registration in Tomball ISD, families should be prepared to provide documentation verifying:

• The student’s identity (such as a birth certificate)
• Legal guardianship, if applicable (court order, power of attorney, etc.)
• Proof of residency within Tomball ISD boundaries
• Other required enrollment documentation
