The Light Park to Bring Dazzling Lights Display to Typhoon Texas in Katy Starting November 1st
The Light Park is set to return to the Katy area with its festive drive-thru light display at Typhoon Texas on November 1, 2024. Located at 555 Katy Fort Bend Rd, Katy, TX 77494 next to Katy Mills, the dazzling display will feature millions of synchronized lights, all choreographed to festive music provided by The Light Park's "DJ Polar Ice".
The drive-thru experience will be open daily from November 1 to January 5. Visitors can enjoy the display from the comfort of their own vehicles Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM and on Fridays and Saturdays until 11:00 PM. Special hours are planned for Thanksgiving week, from November 26 to December 1, and during Christmas week, from December 20 to 29, both extending to 11:00 PM.
For those interested in attending, The Light Park is offering a limited-time discount of 40% on anytime use tickets, priced at $29 instead of the regular $50 at the gate. Each ticket allows entry for one vehicle.

In addition to the light displays, The Light Park will offer snacks and beverages for sale, including popcorn, cotton candy, and lemonade. Additional festive items such as light wands, magic glasses, and lighted sunglasses will also be available for purchase.
The Light Park will also host displays at Hurricane Harbor in Spring and will expand to other Texas cities, including Arlington, Frisco, Round Rock, and San Antonio. The event is pet-friendly, allowing guests to enjoy the experience with their pets.
