Spread Holiday Cheer to Neighbors in Need with Cypress Assistance Ministries
This holiday season, Cypress Assistance Ministries (CAM) is rallying the community to spread holiday cheer to our neighbors in need across the Cy-Fair region, and they need your help.
Next week, volunteers are needed to help pack, load and distribute toys and gifts for several hundred pre-registered children. CAM will turn into Santa's workshop on the following dates, and they need compassionate members of the community to lend a hand in the preparation process to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of gifts.
- Monday, December 11 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Wednesday, December 13 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Thursday, December 14 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
"Last year, we served over 2,200 children and the need continues to rise each year as families continue to struggle to make ends meet. We expect to surpass that number this year, and we need the hands and feet of the community to help spread Christmas cheer to those in need," said Lakesha Linson with CAM.
CAM is conveniently located at 12930 Cypress North Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429, between Huffmeister and N Eldridge Parkway. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Roxanne Fuselier with CAM at roxannef@cypressassistance.org.
