Splash Into Summer at Falcon Ranch
With swim season just around the corner, this is the perfect time to make sure you have your pool tags in order. The Falcon Ranch has upgraded the current pool, tennis court, and splash pad gate system in the community. Learn more about how to request your tags so you are ready to splash into summer!
What do I need to do?
Using the link below, fill out the gate waiver form. Select “pool device”, then “purchasing new device”, you will leave the device number blank, in the comments put "requesting mobile access" and hit submit. Mobile Access is one email per one device, homeowners cannot share mobile access across different mobile devices. Each homeowner will submit a Pool Waiver for mobile access.

You will receive your access via the email provided on the form. Please make sure to be on the lookout for this email and double check in your SPAM/JUNK folder as well.
How do I know my information has been updated?
You will receive an email confirming your information has been updated.
Where can I purchase an actual pool device if I want a physical device versus mobile entry?
Pool fobs can be purchased at the homeowner's expense by using the link: spectrumam.com/access-and-amenities. Each fob is $30. Mobile entry is the free option given to all homeowners.
