Start your weekend immersed in nature at the First Saturday Bird Walk, taking place on August 2 from 8:00–10:00 a.m. at the Kleb Woods Nature Preserve and Center. This free birding event welcomes all ages and experience levels for a relaxing morning of wildlife observation.
Hosted monthly, these guided bird walks provide an excellent opportunity to explore local habitats and observe a variety of bird species native to the area. Participants will walk through forested trails and open meadows while learning from experienced guides.

Kleb Woods Nature Preserve and Center is a 133-acre park known for its natural beauty, historical homestead, and commitment to conservation education. The center is managed by Harris County Precinct 4 and regularly hosts environmental programs, nature hikes, and wildlife events.
