HOA Website
Please note that the Association now has a new portal website for owners to access their account information and important HOA information. The site address is graham.cincwebaxis.com. Once there you will click “Register” and enter the required information. You can opt into a community directory if interested but the default setting is opted out. You will receive an email for a password reset and then you will be registered. There is a video on how to register at https://register.gotowebinar.com/recording/8005163047361833473.
(SD) Copperfield Southdown Village Crime Watch
Thank you to all the block captains, potential block captains and friends who showed up for our first annual Block Captain Appreciation Social. It was a wonderful evening of socializing with our Southdown neighbors along with ice cream treats, beautifully decorated cookies and a raffle for some fun prizes.
Thank you to the WRAP AND MAIL ROOM located at 7710 Cherry Park Drive for their generous donation. Their donation allowed us to buy some awesome home security items that were used in our raffle.
National Night Out festivities will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 If your block plans on participating, download the registration form from Harris County Sheriff’s Office Website - www.harriscountyso.org. The form can be found under Community Engagement and can be submitted online. The deadline to submit the form is September 17th.

(SD) Board Meetings
The Board meets monthly on the third Wednesday at 6:30 PM, with the exception of December and sometimes one month in the summer. They are now being held via video conference and all owners are invited to attend and observe these meetings. The access information will be posted on the website prior to each meeting. (SD)
Home Architectural Changes
Please remember that approval from the Architectural Review Committee must be obtained prior to any changes or improvements made to the exterior of your property, including but not limited to: repainting, roofing, door/window replacement, siding replacement and major landscaping. ARC application forms can be obtained or submitted on the website: www.southdownvillage.nabrnetwork.com.
