Silver Ranch Seawolves Swim Team Prepares for 2024 Swim Season Registration
Summer is fast approaching, and that means swim season is just around the corner! The Silver Ranch Seawolves Swim Team is gearing up for another exciting swim season, so get the scoop on what's ahead.
The Silver Ranch SeaWolves Swim Team gives kids an opportunity to grow and develop through the sport of competitive swimming. We teach kids an important skill that encourages lifelong exercise, good sportsmanship, and the value of discipline, through a fun and competitive program. This team is open to Silver Ranch and non-Silver Ranch residents.
Our pool is located on Roesner Rd between Gaston Rd and Spring Green Blvd. It is near Tompkins High School and Tays Jr. High School in Southwest Katy. View the location in Google Maps here.
Note that we are currently updating our website for the 2024 season, and we expect registration to open for prior swim families and Silver Ranch Residents in the beginning of March. We expect to open to the public around late March. Registration information can be found at seawolves.swimtopia.com/registration.
Registration Dues
- $165 per swimmer (Ages 4-12)
- $145 per swimmer (Ages 13-14)
- $65 per swimmer (Ages 15-18)
Silver Ranch Residents will receive a $10 discount per swimmer.
Registration fees include 2 months paid swim coaching, 1 team t-shirt, 1 swim cap and admission to the End of Year awards party.
Practice Schedule
April 29th – May 22nd, Monday - Friday
- 6 & Under 4:30-5:00 pm
- 7/8 5:00-5:45 pm
- 9/10 6:00-7:00 pm
- 11 & Over 7:00-8:00 pm
Beginning May 28th– June 28th, Monday - Friday
(Due to parent feedback we are trying a different June swim order this year.)
- 11 & Over 7:30-8:15 am
- 6 & Under 8:15-8:45 am
- 7/8 8:45-9:15 am
- 9/10 9:15-10:00 am
No Practice May 23rd - May 27th
- All swimmers MUST be able to swim one length of a 25 meter pool unassisted by May 5th. Practices are designed to improve the swimmer’s stroke and technique; we are not a “learn to swim” program.
- Refunds of 50% of a swimmers registration fee may be issued until May 6th, at the Board's discretion.
- All families are required to provide a minimum of 1 parent volunteer per meet and swimmers must swim in a minimum 2 meets in the month of June.
- Families who do not meet these requirements will NOT receive priority enrollment the following season
- All adult family members MUST take Athlete Protection Training before the first practice. This will be verified by the Board before the swimmer can start practice. Enter SWST-SeaWolves when registering.
