Request for Nominations for the 2023 Annual Meeting Election
This serves as notice for the Sydney Harbour Homeowners Association, Inc. 2023 Annual Meeting of the members has been scheduled for Saturday, April 22, 2023. This meeting will include the election of one (1) Board member. The formal meeting notice will be mailed to each legal property on March 22, 2023. This meeting notice will have a proxy with the candidates’ names and information that have chosen to run for a position on the board.
If you wish to have your name placed on the proxy/ballot that will be mailed with the meeting notice, please return the Nomination Request form below to Montage Community Services, 7002 Riverbrook Drive, Suite 400, Sugar Land TX 77479, no later than March 20, 2023 or you can email it to sussan.summers@montagecs.com . You may include a brief bio, please keep it to a minimum of half a page.
We hope you will mark this date on the calendar and plan to attend this meeting. We will have refreshments and door prizes for those that can attend.
