Renting the Sydney Harbour Clubhouse

Did you know that you can rent our awesome neighborhood clubhouse? Here's how you can do it:
- Visit our website at sydneyharbourhoa.org and head to the calendar section to check if your preferred time slot is available.
- If it's available, go ahead and block your time! When you do, an automatic email will be sent to Montage Community Services to notify them of your reservation.
- Now it's time to get the Clubhouse Rental Contract. You can either print it out or contact Montage Community Services for a copy.
- Fill out the form and send it back to Montage Community Services. The rental fee is $300 + a $250 refundable deposit.
- Our clubhouse has some great amenities, including a kitchen area with a full-sized refrigerator, restrooms, and various sized tables and chairs. It's perfect for your event!
- A friendly member of our association will reach out to you at least two (2) days before your event to arrange access to the facility, unless otherwise noted.
- Remember, the clubhouse is exclusively available for Sydney Harbour residents. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is not available for rent.
