Reminder Regarding Basketball Hoops
Sydney Harbour /
West Houston / Cypress
October 17 2022
Dear Sydney Harbour Owners,
As the holidays are rapidly approaching, we wanted to send out a reminder, that basketball goals are prohibited in the community. This is clearly stated in the governing documents for the community and something you agreed to abide by when you purchased your home. This is on page 10, C. Other Structures. I have attached the documents to this email for your reference.
We know many people like to buy them as gifts and we are trying to help you avoid disappointing the person receiving the gift when it can not be used.
Sincerley,
The Sydney Harbour Board of Directors
