Registration for Youth and Adult Art Classes Open at Pearl Fincher MFA in Spring

On September 11, fall art classes for youth and adults will return for art enthusiasts of all ages at the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts in Spring, Texas.
The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts School of Art is dedicated to nurturing artistic spirit through quality art instruction, providing a space for students to enhance their visual awareness and improve their technical skills as a means for creative expression and community engagement.
​Small classes increase student interactions with talented faculty members, with no more than 15 students per class.​For ease and convenience to students, all materials are provided. A distinguishing feature of the art classes at the Pearl School of Art is ready access to works of original art on exhibition at the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts.
When children get a chance to express their creativity and dive into art, they develop confidence, increase their empathy, and discover how to look at the world from different perspectives. All those skills help prepare students to take on the world with passion and creativity. Treat your child, grandchild, or friend to a gift of art! Pearl Fincher MFA's youth classes are offered during homeschool and after school hours in a variety of mediums.
Although fitting in an art class might be challenging for adults, nurturing your creative side is essential to your well-being, not to mention lots of fun! If you are looking for an art class with less of a time commitment, check out the Pearl's one-day art class workshops held on Saturdays.
Artistic and creative expression offers many benefits, including relieving stress, rekindling your passion, looking at the world in new ways, getting unstuck and challenging yourself, and meeting new people. Adult classes are offered during the day and evening, plus new weekend workshops every month.
In addition to art classes, the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts is a non-collecting fine art museum, borrowing from public and private collections. The museum complements its exhibitions with an active schedule of programs and services. Founded on the community center concept, the Pearl reaches beyond traditional museums to enlighten, educate, and entertain.
