Phoenix Rising Transforms Car Enthusiasm into Philanthropy in the Digital Age

October 23 2024

The digital car club scene is in for a revolutionary transformation with the inception of Phoenix Rising, a premier online platform set to launch in January 2025. Unlike traditional car clubs, Phoenix Rising brings a novel model to the automotive landscape, combining car enthusiast culture with perpetual philanthropic action.

At an unveiling event hosted at Derby Restaurant Houston Tuesday, Phoenix Rising showcased their platform and kicked off its Early Bird Membership Drive. A unique facet of Phoenix Rising is its commitment to channel a portion of the membership fees towards charity, connecting passion with purpose. The beneficiaries of this innovative approach will include Camp Hope, the PTSD Foundation of America, and other causes such as children’s mental health initiatives, women’s centers, local food banks, and medical reconstruction efforts.

"The members will be part of a powerful perpetual giving machine," said Anthony Shorrosh, Phoenix Rising Founder and Board President, during his speech at the event. A local entrepreneur with a successful portfolio of 14 businesses, Shorrosh envisages Phoenix Rising as a legacy project that transforms the enthusiasm of car enthusiasts into meaningful charitable contributions.

As part of the event, participants got a sneak peek into Phoenix Rising's digital platform and experienced the robust roar of a Special Edition 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170, one of the vehicles up for grabs at the club’s official launch party on New Year's Eve.

Camp Hope, a partner organization of Phoenix Rising, made a strong impression at the event, with representatives highlighting the vital role of community support. Based in Houston, Camp Hope offers comprehensive support to veterans grappling with PTSD. The program follows a holistic approach to alleviate combat trauma effects through peer support, mentor programs, and professional development for veterans and their families, free of charge.

The Early Bird Membership Drive, running from October 15 through December 31, 2024, will directly contribute to Camp Hope. This support is expected to go a long way in ensuring America’s warriors get the assistance they deserve in their battle against PTSD.

Phoenix Rising is set to launch with a grand New Year’s Eve event, during which eight premium, special-edition cars, valued at up to $250,000, will be given away. Members joining during the Early Bird Membership Drive will be eligible for a chance to win these vehicles.

The benefits for Phoenix Rising members don't stop at vehicle giveaways. There are exclusive access privileges to a cutting-edge E-magazine featuring insider content and industry leader interviews, substantial discounts with partners on auto parts, accessories, and services, and entry to members-only events and car meets.
