Oak Park Trails Residents Urged to Use On-Site Help at Neighborhood Pool First for Quick Solutions

May 20 2025

As pool season kicks off in Oak Park Trails, A-Beautiful Pools, Inc., your neighborhood pool solutions provider, is encouraging residents to go straight to the source when questions or concerns arise at the neighborhood pools. While community message boards and social media groups are great for connecting with neighbors, they’re not always the quickest route to resolving issues that pop up poolside.

Over the weekend, A-Beautiful Pools noted a spike in online posts about pool-related concerns, many of which could have been resolved quickly on-site if reported through the proper channels.

Wondering how to get immediate, on-site help at the pool when a problem or concern arises? The most effective way is for residents to speak directly with lifeguards or use the contact information posted at the pool entrance.

Here’s what residents need to know to keep pool visits smooth and enjoyable this summer:

Step 1: Speak with the Lifeguards

Whether it’s restroom cleanliness, rule clarification, supply refills, or gate issues — lifeguards are your first line of help. They’re not only there for your safety but also trained to handle common pool concerns right away.

Step 2: Use the BLUE + YELLOW Sign

The Oak Park Trails pool entrance features a visible blue and yellow sign that lists both a phone number and an email address for reporting non-emergency concerns. The phone number connects you directly to an area director who can act immediately — and both phone lines accept text messages. The email address is monitored and typically responded to by the next business day.

Why This Matters

When something isn’t right, A-Beautiful Pools wants the chance to make it right — before your pool day is interrupted. They encourage friendly online chatter, but stress that real-time help is always the better option when it comes to cleanliness, safety, or operational concerns.

Importantly, A-Beautiful Pools also reassures residents that they value feedback and do not tolerate any retaliation for raising a concern. Every resident is seen as a partner in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment.

Keep This Info Handy All Summer

Oak Park Trails residents are encouraged to save this reminder and keep an eye out for the blue and yellow signs at each pool gate. The post will remain pinned on community pages throughout the season to help ensure a fun and frustration-free summer for everyone.

Thank you for helping to make this pool season the best one yet—safe, smooth, and full of summer fun for everyone!
