Holiday Decor Contest Winners

Thank you to all the residents who decorated their yards for the holidays, making Williamsburg Settlement a festive place to visit! Initial judging for our annual Holiday Decor Contest is in progress. Residents will make final selections from the best 10 decorated homes from December 17th - December 20th. Good luck and happy holidays!

December Yard of the Month

Just a reminder that there will be no Yard of the Month in December.

Mark Your Calendars

The annual meeting of the Homeowners Association will take place in April 2024. Mark your calendars and plan to attend. Your input is always valuable and your attendance is appreciated.

During the annual meeting we will be electing new board members and possibly saying goodbye to existing members. If you are interested in a position on the board, it can be a rewarding and valuable way to give back to your neighborhood and community.

Assessments Due January 1, 2024

Just a quick reminder that your 2024 HOA assessment will be due by January 1, 2024, and delinquent after January 31, 2024. If a resident is unable to make the payment in full, Crest Management has options in place to help residents with payment plans. Please reach out to them and discuss any issues you may have. A letter was sent out with your invoices in September addressing the options.

Thanks to our tennis players and residents, our tennis courts are receiving a new lighting system, with installation beginning the week of Monday, December 18th.
