New Play System Being Installed in Lakes at NorthPointe!

Good news for your LAN children! More adventure is coming with the announcement of our NEW play system! Notices to 811 and private line locating were completed last week. Thursday, June 29th, we will begin removing the existing play equipment and plan to work through the weekend, weather permitting. All families and children, please be advised to stay away once the project starts and until further notice.
Please park your vehicles on the right side of the clubhouse and closer to the tennis court area to go to the swimming pool.
This project should be completed before the beginning of July.
