Notary Services available and free to Bear Creek residents only during office hours (see below). Be aware of the number of witnesses your specific paperwork may require. If it is more than one, you may need to bring a witness or witnesses with you.
Staff is on site Monday through Friday (except holidays), taking phone calls, greeting residents and taking care of the many tasks of a homeowners association. Resident Hours are as follows:
Mon/Tue and Thursday: 10 am - 4 pm
Wednesday: 10 am - 2 pm
Friday: 10 am - 3 pm
