Lakemont HOA Assessments: Building a Strong and Vibrant Community Together
With 2023 now behind us, we are all shifting our focus to 2024, including your HOA Board and community management team. As we look ahead to 2024, we want to ensure the financial health of our HOA to best care for your neighborhood, which calls for HOA assessment dues to be submitted. Assessment dues serve as the lifeblood of our neighborhood, allowing us to continuously enhance our shared spaces and foster a sense of pride within our community. They enable us to plan and execute essential maintenance, future improvements, and even host our cherished neighborhood events.
As a friendly reminder, all assessments are due every year on January 1. We understand that extenuating circumstances may make this difficult for some homeowners, especially after the holidays. As such, homeowners do have a grace period until January 31 to make payment. Unfortunately, after January 31, late fees and interest will be applied to homeowner accounts. To avoid incurring late fees and interest, homeowners are encouraged to call the main management office and request to speak with our accounting department at 713-334-8000 to explore payment plan options.
We want to help in any way we can to ensure timely payment without fees and interest, which can incur additional financial stress. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to secure the financial health of our HOA, as well as the beautification and sustainability of our neighborhood.
