Labay MS, Andy's Kitchen Establish Adopt-a-School PartnershipÂ
Representatives from Andy’s Kitchen and Andy’s Bar & Grill visited the staff at Labay Middle School on Dec. 12 to officially announce their Adopt-a-School partnership with the campus.
CFISD’s Adopt-a-School program pairs schools with community organizations and business partners to utilize resources of the community to strengthen and enrich the quality of education for students.
For Andy Correa, owner of the restaurants, giving back to the CFISD community has become the norm. He was intentional in partnering with Labay, where he attended as a student.
“It’s always good to give back to the community,” Correa said. “Giving back to the staff for what they do and also helping the students here as much as I can. So when I was able to adopt a school and adopt Labay, it was something special. This was part of my beginning years ago.”

Andy truly represents the meaning of giving back to the community. Our faculty and staff look forward to building a strong partnership with Andy’s Kitchen as we continue to support, educate and grow our Labay Eagles.”
