King Crossing Residents Invited to Katy Manor North Park Food Truck Night This Week
A neighboring Katy community is inviting King Crossing residents to enjoy a fun evening of tacos, loaded fries, and community connection at Katy Manor North Park this week.
Looking for an easy dinner plan and a chance to enjoy the spring weather? King Crossing residents are invited to head over to neighboring Katy Manor North Park this Wednesday, May 20, 2026 for a community Food Truck Night filled with good food and laid-back neighborhood fun.
The event will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Katy Manor North Park, located at 5200 Stone Castle Tower Street in Katy. Local favorite Tex-Y-Cano will be serving up birria de res, tacos, quesadillas, loaded fries, and more.
Guests are also encouraged to “BYOB” — bring your own bag of chips — to customize their meal and join in on the fun atmosphere.
