The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, is the third person to claim one of the ten $1 million top prizes available in this particular scratch-off game. With more than $363.5 million in total prizes, Million Dollar Loteria has proven to be a favorite among Texans looking to test their luck. According to the Texas Lottery, the overall odds of winning any prize in the game are one in 3.29—including break-even prizes.
