Katy Manor Board Election: Vote by 5 p.m. September 28, Then Join the Annual Meeting
Katy Manor homeowners have until 5 p.m. Monday, September 28, 2026, to cast an online absentee ballot for one seat on the community’s Board of Directors. The annual meeting begins an hour later, at 6 p.m. on Zoom, when election results will be announced.
The distinction matters for anyone planning to join the meeting: the association’s notice says voting takes place only through the online absentee-ballot platform. There will be no in-person voting or nominations from the floor at the annual meeting. The elected director will serve a two-year term and take office when the meeting concludes.
How to Cast a Ballot
Online voting opened September 8. Owners who registered an email address with Crest Management should receive a unique voting code. Owners who need a code can visit the Katy Manor voting website and select Contact Us, as directed in the notice.
To vote, use the emailed link or enter the code on the voting site, register with a name and email address, create an account password, and submit the ballot. Candidate biographies are available on the voting site and through Crest’s Katy Manor community page under Meetings and Forms, then Public Forms.
A quorum of 10% is required for the annual meeting, and absentee ballots count toward that quorum, according to the notice.
Joining the Annual Meeting
Members can join the September 28 meeting on Zoom at 6 p.m. The meeting ID is 983 8664 2235, the passcode is 782845, and the dial-in number is 346-248-7799.
The agenda includes confirmation of quorum, introductions, approval of the prior year’s annual-meeting minutes, a financial report, a community overview, a homeowner open forum, the election results and adjournment.
For meeting or voting assistance, contact Crest Management at 281-579-0761. Homeowners planning to participate should arrange their voting access before Monday’s 5 p.m. cutoff. Follow My Neighborhood News for Katy Manor notices and community updates.
