Jeremiah’s Italian Ice to Open New Location in Cy-Fair
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, a growing chain known for its Italian Ice and soft ice cream, is set to open a new location in the Cy-Fair area. The new store will be situated at 12620 FM 1960 W Suite C-3B, Houston, TX 77065, near N. Eldridge Parkway, bringing the brand’s signature frozen treats to a new set of customers.
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), construction on the interior of the new location is expected to begin at the end of December 2024, with completion slated for late February 2025. The Cy-Fair store will add to the existing location in neighboring Cypress, which has been serving the community at 7918 Fry Rd, Cypress, TX 77433, since opening its doors.
Jeremiah's Italian Ice has made a name for itself by offering a variety of frozen treats, with a focus on bold flavors and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. The menu includes options like the Jelati, which layers Italian Ice with rich, creamy soft ice cream, as well as standalone Italian Ice and soft serve. Customers can choose from more than 40 different Italian Ice flavors and mix in various toppings and "Layer-Ins," such as Oreo crumbles, cookie butter crumbles, and mini chocolate chips, to customize their treats.

The company was founded by Jeremy Litwack, who first started selling Water Ice (the local term for Italian Ice) as a teenager in front of the Philadelphia Mint. After developing his own recipes and moving to Central Florida in the late 1990s, Litwack opened the first official Jeremiah’s Italian Ice location in Winter Park, FL, in 1996. Since then, the brand has grown to more than 130 locations across the U.S. The company’s expansion is driven by a commitment to providing high-quality, flavorful desserts and a strong customer experience, which has helped it establish a loyal following.
